Delete your Lumiblitz account

You can delete your Lumiblitz account yourself, in the game, at any time. It is deleted at once; there is no waiting period and nothing to send us.

How to delete it

1. Open the game: the Lumiblitz app on your phone, or lumiblitz.com/play in a browser.
2. On the menu, tap your name by your Lumie: the Profile opens. Tap Account there.
3. Tap Delete account, read what will be gone, and tap Delete for ever.

The game then goes on as a new guest with nothing of the old account.

Signed in with Google? You can do this from any device: open lumiblitz.com/play, sign in with the same Google account in Profile, then follow the steps above.

A guest account (never signed in) lives only on the device or browser that created it: delete it there. If that app was uninstalled or the browser's data was cleared, nobody can reach the account any more, us included; it holds no name, email or other details that could tell us whose it was.

What is deleted

• The account itself, its guest device id and its link to Google.
• The player name and the avatar, with what your Lumie wears.
• Settings.
• Statistics, rating, medals, training progress, in-game points and the items you own.
• Your places on the leaderboards.
• The usage reports and feedback linked to the account.

On the device, the game also forgets what it kept of the account; it keeps only the language and the sound settings.

What is kept

Records of matches already played keep their result and the player name used then, so that the other players' statistics stay correct. They are no longer linked to an account anyone can sign in to. Short technical logs on the server are rotated away automatically after a short time. See the privacy policy for the rest.
